Dr. Patricia was on KTLA this morning sharing how to have a Healthy Halloween. She gave tips including feeding your children regularly throughout the whole day on Halloween and spending extra time exercising and being active. Also, she gave suggestions on healthy treats besides candy such as clementines that look like jack-o-lanterns and ‘candy corn’ which is really unflavored yogurt, clementines, and pineapple. You can also have fun with the extra candy by creating crafts or games like a haunted house or race track. Find out more tips and pictures from our earlier post here.
