Scary Eyeball Meatballs with Spaghetti

If you’re looking for a spooky yet healthy and delicious dinner to serve for your family on Halloween, look no further!

P1040770These scary eyeball meatballs with spaghetti are sure to serve up a frighteningly meal for your trick-or-treaters!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey

1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

5 basil leaves, chopped

1 egg

Chopped olive slices (green or black)

100% whole durum pasta or brown rice pasta

I cup tomato sauce

Salt and pepper/extra parmesan to taste

Directions: Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Shape ground meat into meatballs the size of golf balls and place on a baking sheet. Top each meatball with an olive in the center of the meatball to form an eyeball. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Cook pasta and toss with tomato sauce. Serve meatballs on top of spaghetti and serve for a healthy and scary Halloween supper!
