- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 16 oz. can of garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cucumber
- A few sweet peppers
- Ziplock bag
- Cutting board
- Cutting knife
- Mix garbanzo beans, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a Ziploc bag.
- Smash beans with palm of your hand or blend in a blender until beans are broken and becomes semi-smooth.
- Serve with slices of cucumbers or sweet peppers.
