The name game is a fun fitness activity that kids, parents, and family members can do together to have fun and get fit! This activity does not require any equipment and can be a fun quick workout, or it can be a longer intense workout depending on how you play!
Level 1: Spell out your first name and for each letter you will do the corresponding workout exercise. For Example, if your name is JACK your small workout will include; balancing on your right foot for a count of 10 seconds, jump up and down 10 times, Hop on one foot 5 times, and march like a toy soldier for a count of 12. This short workout can be a good warm up, and you can work towards getting to Level 2 and 3 once you have mastered this level.
Level 2: Spell out your first, middle, and last name and for each letter complete the matching workout exercise. For Example, if your name is DEREK CHASE SMITH your workout will include 15 exercises because your full name equals 15 letters.
Level 3: This level can be more challenging but it can be a good goal to work towards after doing the name game several times. For this level you will spell out your first, middle, and last name and do the workout TWICE.
